Affordable Multi-family Housing
The Housing Authority of City of Everett Washington is attempting to address the housing shortage in Snohomish Couty by providing additional housing stock at reduced rates. The Ben Young Apartments is their current flagship project which will provide 140 affordable residential units for active seniors, age 55 and older.
Through a holistic GC/CM project delivery method I am shepherding this 128,000 SF project from early concept design through construction. The project consists of outdoor/indoor amenity spaces including an at-grade park, rooftop patios, indoor studio, fitness room, library, lobbies and a community lounge with one of the best views the City of Everett has to offer.
This multi-family complex aims to provide a place of distinction for it’s residents at affordable rates.
