Trask Land Development wanted to expand healthcare and medical services to Onslow County, outside of Jacksonville, North Carolina, in an underserved part of the community. LS3P was contracted to provide core and shell design for a medical office of distinction on a tight budget.
Utilizing concrete tilt-up technology through design/build project delivery method, Ryan was able to produce construction drawings 6 weeks ahead of schedule and without any permit corrections needed. The project has broken ground with an expected completion of August 2026.
